To reach the client's satisfaction, you have 24 hours from the moment your package arrives to make a grievance. If you do not make a complaint within 24 hours, we will comprehend that you agree with your order, and there are no problems to solve.
If the watch has a problem, return it to us, and we will fix it.
We do not accept refunds and exchanges.
Before returning, make sure that the returned product should remain in brand-new condition and in full of all the original packaging and sticker labels. We will check all merchandise returned. Please make sure you return your product by a traceable method to guarantee delivery. If you have any questions about the product, please do not hesitate to contact us first. You can send out email using the contact form and discuss the reason plainly why you want to return the items. If the parcel was returned, please respond to the tracking number. The return shipping charge is accountable by the customer.
Our website provides six months service warranty for all the movements. The warranty is not valid if the consumer opens the watch or tries to do any repairs.
Service warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damages triggered by external reasons such as scratches, missing out on stones, dents, nicks, fading/chipping of the material on the item.
Warranty does not cover water damage, lost or stolen parts, damages due to personal misuse or negligence.
